The Admissions and Financial Aid Office is looking for a Senior Program Coordinator to bring intelligence, energy and talent to an office with a high applicant volume and large student body. This person should have a dedication to providing excellent customer service while working to enroll and retain the most highly qualified class possible.
The Senior Program Coordinator is responsible for a variety of ongoing, seasonal, and one-time administrative and operational projects. Many of these projects involve interaction with current, prospective, and admitted students and thus require a high level of professionalism and the independent exercise of good judgment.
Provides secretarial and administrative support for a work area or group of individuals.
Responsible for preparing correspondence, proofing documents, maintaining calendars, scheduling travel, and maintaining office files and data.
May oversee student workers.
This person will be a creative self-starter, have the ability to work with a variety of technologies, enjoy and be capable of utmost attention to detail, and have a consistent record in multi-tasking in a very busy work environment.

Two years of college or equivalent, B.A./B.S. preferred
One to three years of related experience
