1. Oversees the advancement and growth of the Youth Program. Gives direction and leadership supporting the philosophy, mission, strategy, and annual goals and objectives. Assumes primary accountability for disseminating and publishing all program information to create public awareness and support of the program. 2. Tracks all program activities and regularly informs leadership and Committee on Programs for Children and Youth ("CPCY") of progress on each initiative. Recommends structural or programmatic adjustments, changes or additions based on full knowledge of missions, goals, and objectives. 3. Provides regular reports to CPCY and others as needed. 4. Works closely with CPCY, internal and external colleagues, and the community to further develop and implement strategic plans. 5. Identifies, solicits, and cultivates community partnerships and collaborations to assist in the development and growth of the program. Develops the metrics to identify and measure the success of the program. 6. Manages program registrations, identifies unregistered programs and maintains an inventory of programs. 7. Monitors compliance with policy requirements, establishes audit protocols and conducts program audits. 8. Collaborates with CPCY on recommended changes to policies and procedures. 9. Creates and delivers training, instructional materials, templates and other communications to the Yale community. 10. Under the direction of Yale attorneys and the Risk Manager, conducts and reports on investigations of alleged misconduct or injuries involving program participants. 11. Assists in identifying and evaluating potential future funding sources and contributes to the submission of grants and contracts supporting the program, including the submission and writing of all content areas and budgetary sections of grant applications. 12. Manages administrative functions, including information systems, facilities, and space needs. 13. Investigates, identifies, implements, and oversees the maintenance of systems to gather, track, and report information to support the initiatives of the program. 14. Performs other duties as assigned.
