THIS IS A TIME-LIMITEDPOSITIONWITH AN ESTIMATEDDURATION OF 3 YEARS.
The Data Coordinator is responsible for research-related activities conducted by the UNC Cellular Therapy and Bone Marrow Transplant POD. This person is responsible for a broad range of duties including, but not limited to: subject enrollment (e.g., screening potential candidates, obtaining relevant records), scheduling clinical research visits in accordance with study timelines and requirements, collecting adverse events and toxicities, data entry, communications regarding clinical research update.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a discipline related to the field assigned and one year of related training or experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
Knowledge of GCP and ICH Guidelines and ability to follow established regulations, procedures, and protocol; strong computer skills; demonstrated ability to gather data and document procedures; demonstrated ability to pan work and coordinate multiple projects; demonstrated ability to communicate professionally verbally and in writing.
Research experience preferred. Oncology and/or chemotherapy experience or an oncology unit or in an oncology clinic is preferred. CCRP or ACRP preferred.
