The Associate Director of Admission and Financial Aid reports to the Associate Dean/Chair of Public Administration and International Affairs and coordinates closely with the Maxwell School's Director of Enrollment Management. The Associate Director is responsible for a full range of duties related to the recruitment, selection and enrollment of a highly qualified and diverse student body in the department's nationally renowned professional master's programs in public administration, international relations, and public diplomacy. The Associate Director will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, plan and execute recruitment events, and lead the application review and financial aid awarding processes.
