The Department of Medicine at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School seeks faculty candidates with a focus on research activities and research team leadership within the Division of Cardiovascular Disease and Hypertension in collaboration with local, regional and national institutes and organizations.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: direct and oversee budgeting, finances and institutional approvals for new and existing contracts related to research, education and clinical innovation; plan, review and assess protocol design, biostatistical support, IRB submission, business operations and compliance, regulatory document preparation and compliance, collections and/or submissions, site management activities; conduct experimental and clinical studies with a focus on machine-learning and supervise research support personnel, patient follow up and data entry. In addition, candidate(s) will mentor and/or teach fellows, residents, physicians, and visiting physicians that assist in clinical trial conduction, data collection and publication.
Minimum Education and Experience:
MD, PhD, MBA, MD/PhD, or MD/MBA.

Demonstrated success as a researcher.
