This job reports to the Dean of Business Affairs $2,544 (monthly minimum under 12-month contract)
The ideal candidate for this position will provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, and staff as well as:
Provide excellent customer service, while sharing accurate information with students, staff, faculty, and the community. Connecting students and the community to appropriate departments, programs, and resources Coordinate all purchasing activities. Manage Accounts Payable for the SKYCTC. Enter Check Requests and Requisitions. Enter receipts for received requisition orders. Ensure compliance with KCTCS purchasing related policies and procedures, while serving as lead interpreter of policies and procedures for employees other Business Office staff. Offers guidance and training surrounding purchasing guidelines and procedures. Audit College travel and Expense Reimbursement Requests Assist with research and analysis of college expenditures. Serve as back-up to Cashier Perform other duties as assigned.
Associate's degree (Accounting or Finance) and three years related experience. Bachelor's degree (Accounting & Finance) preferred. Must be proficient in both written and verbal communication including computer literacy.
