We are conducting a mini-search within the department to fill a vacant faculty position (0.5 FTE) in the Advanced Graduate Esthetic and Operative Dentistry Program (AEEOD). We are looking for a current full-time faculty member in Predoctoral Prosthodontics, who will share her/his position responsibilities between Predoctoral Prosthodontics and AEEOD (0.5 FTE each). We anticipate that the selected colleague will start this position on August 14, 2017.
Responsibilities of the position include preclinical, clinical, and didactic teaching as well as research mentoring of AEEOD residents on Monday AM + PM, Tuesday AM + PM, and Wednesday AM.
Dental degree (DMD, DDS or equivalent) and a Certificate in Advanced Graduate Prosthodontics.
Eligibility for limited dental licensure in the State of Massachusetts.
Evidence of teaching excellence, active engagement in scholarship, and student mentorship.
Special interest and experience in the areas of esthetic dentistry including implant prosthodontics
Availability on Monday AM + PM, Tuesday AM +PM, and Wednesday AM.
Preference will be given to candidates, who are ABP Board Certified.
Candidates with a MSc or PhD degree will be given preference.
