High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent. No experience required, but 1 year of clerical and standardized testing experience is desirable. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Nature & Purpose of Position/Usual Duties:
Performs clerical duties and proctors/administers standardized tests for the Testing Center.
Primary Responsibilities (Staff Positions Only):
Provides clerical and program support for the Director of Testing and full-time staff members. Assists in proctoring all forms of standardized examinations including but not limited to: exams for admissions and course placement, high-stakes/certification exams, and distance learning examinations at the main campus and satellite campuses. Provides instruction and technical support to students during testing. Assists in accommodated testing with the use of adaptive/assistive technology and reading/transcribing of examinations. Assists in maintaining testing facilities and equipment. Performs other related duties as assigned.
