Jefferson College is seeking a Director of EMT/Paramedic Program. The candidate will provide program leadership of the EMT and Paramedic Program. Maintain CoAEMSP accreditation status (up for review in 2021-2022 academic year) through maintenance and alignment of the curriculum to industry standards. Develop and maintain community partnerships to enhance training, clinical site relationships and community service opportunities. Teach courses, and coordinate scheduling and instruction for the program with adjunct faculty members of the program.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field, and five years clinical experience. Must meet Primary Instructor Qualifications (EMT-B & EMT-P Instructor) per MO 19 CSR 30-40.331. Current EMPT, PALS, and ACLS certification is required. Experience in training or teaching required. Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree and/or ITLS & PHTLS certifications.
