Prior experience with medical student processing procedures.
Working knowledge of ACGME requirement, UCNS requirements, ECFMG guideline, University administrative personnel polies and procedures relating to residents/fellows, affiliation agreements, affirmative action, and health/safety guiding pertaining to the fellowship/residency programs.
Knowledge of the University's professional, academic and research objectives to act with minimum direction on behalf of residency program director.
Demonstrated skill and ability to operate a computer utilizing various software programs such as Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and ability to use specialized software applications such as MedHub and Lightning Bolt Scheduling system as necessary for fellowship program administration.
Experience in neurology education field.
Must be able to represent the department at functions outside of regularly scheduled work time and away from the Sacramento campus. Job involves regularly moving around various locations on UCDHS campus and includes light lifting/pulling items for example special event setup and takedown.
This position may be subject to a criminal background investigation, drug screen, Live Scan fingerprinting, medical evaluation clearance, and functional capacity assessment.
