Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Director of Player Development-Quality Control for Rutgers Football. The position assists the football coaching staff by coordinating and assisting in the daily preparation, complex analysis and operations in assigned specialty areas.
Among the key duties of this position are the following:
Opponent Film Breakdown
Assist Coaching staff in game planning and strategy.
Distribution/Creation of scouting reports, gamebooks, and data.
Self Scouting film breakdown and analysis.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Technical Knowledge of the sport of football in relation to the skills, techniques, breakdown tendencies, strategies, and play calling.
Use of personal vehicle in order to travel for business demands; a valid driver's license would be required for this position.
Familiarity with XOS, Microsoft Word and Excel, Visio
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Position works many non traditional hours to cover evening and weekend practices and games.
