Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Temporary Part Time Student Assistant for the Exposure Science and Epidemiology Division within the Environmental and Occupational Health Sciences Institute (EOHSI). Under the direction of the Project Manager I, the Student Assistant will support the WTC Health Program at Rutgers Operations and Management Team with data entry, report writing, auditing, and member services.
Among the key duties of this position are the following:
Data input billing for the WTC Health Program, and perform reconciliation on incoming remittance.
Perform Data Entry, conduct audits and prepare reports for WTC Health Program as needed.
Contact members and/or providers in the WTC Health Program to update contact information, as needed.
Assist with copying and securely transmitting medical records in response to incoming legal and medical requests.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Currently enrolled as a graduate student at Rutgers University.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word / Excel).
Salary: $15.00 per hour
