The position develops and maintains strong professional relationships and works collaboratively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Performs moderately complex administrative and budgetary duties in support of the President’s Office. Greets visitors and provides first point of contact, creating an inclusive and welcoming experience. Support of special projects and events as requested.
Bachelor's from an accredited institution AND One (1) year budget or accounting experience OR Four (4) years' experience in a progressive office support position including 2 years budget management responsibilities
Ability to compose highly technical correspondence including: letters, reports and presentations for final review.
Requires strong spelling, grammar, punctuation and proofreading skills.
Must be highly motivated and maintain composure in a fast-paced work environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with frequent interruptions.
Must possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to operate with a high level of confidently and discretion.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills needed to work effectively with faculty and staff, students, alumni, volunteers, donors and the general public.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Work, and PowerPoint. Typing skills must meet 70 wpm minimum
