Through a culture of care and respect, the Student Support Case Worker will connect students with services, resources and benefits that address or minimize personal challenges outside of the classroom that could impede their academic progress and achievement of their educational goals.
Working knowledge of college admission and enrollment processes, and college operations. Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing and to work with individuals of diverse backgrounds. Demonstrated ability to work independently and to establish positive working relationships with faculty, staff and administrators. Ability to utilize personal computers and current software programs. An associate's degree in human services or an equivalent combination of education and training. Selected candidate must be able to pass the college's pre-employment security screening.
