Supervise and coordinate the workload of the AP clerical team and ensure efficient work processing
Assist and run weekly ACH and Check process.
Generate weekly budget and determine payment vendors included in the ACH/check run cycle.
Customize and analyze the Error Queue for the exceptions to be handled.
Customize and analyze the DPO (Days Payable Outstanding) for processors to resolve.
Assist on reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
Review and post Wire requests
Collect, review and submit ACH requests.
Review and upload batch entries (FZRAPAY)
Process and scan invoices into the shared drive Direct Pay
Aid in Year End 1099 preparation to meet IRS standards.
Analyze, research and resolve all irregular and unusual invoice/payment problems.
Interact with various departments/vendors regarding invoice/payment discrepancies.
Create requisitions for the department as needed.
Assist with expense reimbursements.
Perform all other duties as assigned
