The Temporary Program Assistant will support alumni engagement activities and preparation for Alumni Weekend 2022. Tasks include: assisting with mail merges (Word); formatting of digital and printed documents; executing mailings; look-ups/queries in the CATracks constituent database; preparation of Excel spreadsheets; data entry; list management; and data clean-up, as well as assembling gift bags and event materials, expense reports, etc.
A bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience;
Strong writing skills;
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail;
Diligent and can work independently;
Experience working with confidential information;
Flexibility, adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
MS Office suite 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
