Advertised Job Summary:
The Business Office Coordinator is responsible for supporting Business Office functions for the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. S/he will assist with managing purchasing, travel, and human resource related activities for the department.
The Business Office Coordinator must ensure compliance with University policies and procedures for activities related to purchasing, HR, and travel, and also provide appropriate information to staff members and other internal constituents (e.g. VP's Office, Purchasing Department, Controller's Office, HR) as needed.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree and 2 years related experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services; or equivalency.
