The Coordinator of Mentoring Programs manages the fullCIRCLE and Dimensions Mentoring Programs and assists the Associate Director of Office of Multicultural Affairs with additional targeted population efforts. fullCIRCLE is a sustainable, multilayered program designed to assist its participants in effectively adjusting to the different challenges of college life with the goal of retention. Dimensions is designed to address and generate awareness of issues that impact women from diverse backgrounds through a facilitated mentoring program in which women of color support each other, engage in dialogue about pertinent issues, and acquire leadership and professional development skills. The position also serves as the lead co-chair of the planning committee for Latino Heritage Month (September 15-October 15). Position also participates in community outreach initiatives, particularly to the Latino community
