The Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients and customers at Health and Counseling Services (HCS). The position is responsible for creating a warm, welcoming environment, while providing excellent customer service, and maintaining an effective and efficient front desk operation.
High school diploma or equivalent. Two years general office support experience. Proficiency in computer applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet-based software applications. Knowledge and experience in the use of general office equipment. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, ability to maintain open and friendly environment in a high traffic department. Detail oriented and strong organizational skills. Ability to maintain professional composure in multi-faceted, fast-paced work environment.
