Nine-month faculty position. Teach a full range of information technology courses in face-to-face, hybrid, and/or online (synchronous and asynchronous) formats. Information technology courses range from introductory courses to more advanced courses in networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and/or programming. Full-time responsibilities include teaching the equivalent of 15 credit hours per semester. Teaching assignments may include a mixture of online, day, and evening classes. The successful applicant will actively participate in course/program development, assessment, advising students, and serving on division and college committees. IT faculty are also expected to work with local employers and government officials to ensure students obtain the skills needed to enter the IT workforce.
