We are seeking a Learning and Organizational Development Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team for a 3 month fixed-term position.
Our team supports a diverse range of employees throughout Auxiliary Services. As our Learning Coordinator, you will help us determine training needs and functional training modules for our units. Your ability to communicate and connect with employees at all levels will be crucial to your success. Your passion and enthusiasm for training will help excite and energize our employees to continue developing!
Maintain training manuals, materials, and related documentation. Track Management development and prepare materials for workshops and classes.
Communicates and schedules training classes. Operate and set up audio visual for training classes.
Participate in the implementation and facilitation of internal training procedures. Track results using formal surveys.
Participate in the development of plans, procedures, and programs to meet specific training needs and issues.
Monitor, analyze, and evaluate effectiveness of training based on program goals.
Conduct training needs assessment, using formal surveys and input from faculty or staff, to tailor training to instructor objectives or to set future training topics. Research and identify new topics to be covered in training sessions.
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. The University reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
Education: High School Diploma.
Experience: 2 years.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain accurate personnel records.Â
Valid CA driver's license required. Position will participate in the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) Pull Notice System. A copy of DMV record will be required as a final condition of employment.Â ForÂ more information please visit theÂ policy website.Â Â
