We're eager to launch recruitment for a Senior Director, Financial Reporting & Data Analytics . Reporting to our Vice President, Revenue Cycle Optimization, you will be providing strategic direction, leading innovation and driving operational improvements & standardization by leveraging best practices and technology to create best in class revenue cycle financial reporting and analysis. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize efficiencies and streamline workflows resulting in more accurate claims and increased revenue. The Senior Director understands that information and data are key business assets and operationalizes the application of data and information in order to deliver optimal performance.
Provide leadership and strategic direction in developing and implementing revenue cycle financial reporting and analysis, tools and processes.
Establish a consolidated and robust analytics function that spans across various areas of revenue cycle to provide one source of truth data/reporting for strategic and operational decision making
Collaborate with Revenue Cycle leaders, Clinical and Operational Teams to build and implement efficiency strategies
Define operational efficiencies and streamline workflows to increase the number of accurate claims
Maintain functional accountability for compliance and internal control efficiency
10+ years leading teams in Healthcare Finance, Financial Planning/Analysis, Performance Improvement, Revenue Optimization and/ or Hospital Financial Operations
Track record of championing transformational change and driving the vision and decision making on key objectives
Executive level collaboration, influencing and negotiation skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Healthcare Management or related field
Masters degree preferred
Location: 75% remote flexibility. Expected to be at NYC for important in-person meetings and other collaboration needs.
