Position provides administrative and customer service support for employee wellness/benefits initiatives.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule meetings, coordinate space reservations and refreshments.� Create/edit/post various program materials and communications.� Coordinate participant enrollment, roster management and materials for programs.
Respond to employee questions about programs via email and telephone.
Compile and distribute survey feedback and other program analytics.
Serve as a wellness/benefits representative at events.
Perform other duties as assigned.
High school degree or equivalent high school certification and three years related experience or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Customer service experience highly desirable.
Knowledge of room reservation and catering systems.
Event management experience.
Interest in wellness and/wellness programs.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong critical thinking, problem solving and attentiveness to detail.
Ability to function independently on multiple tasks in a professional and confidential manner is essential.
Flexible and willing to change priorities of position responsibilities.
The hiring range for this position is $17.48 - $22.29 per hour.
