Department Name: 89001:Faculty Advancement (89001)
This position will serve as a staff support in the Faculty Advancement Office. The applicant will be expected to maintain calendars for the Associate and Assistant Provost’s for Faculty Advancement, assist with travel reservations and reimbursements, order office supplies, and coordinate and assist the WELD (Women’s Executive Leadership Development) program. The position will assist with event coordination and will maintain and update the Office of Faculty Advancement website and maintain the shared drive for OFA. The position will also update the Canvas platform and assist with creation of Qualtrics surveys.
