The University of Iowa, School of Music is now accepting applications for Visiting Assistant Professor of Music - Composition/Theory. This is a one to three-year position pending positive annual reviews.
Duties: May include but not necessarily be limited to: Two-year sequence of Musicianship and Theory/aural skills, including supervising teaching assistants; graduate Basic Analytical Techniques; graduate Tonal and Non-Tonal Analysis, Orchestration, Introduction to Composition. Course load is 3+3 per year.
