We are searching for an experienced Program Assistant V - Academic Affairs at our Generic Location facility.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Allan Hancock College is accepting applications for a temporary position assisting Academic Affairs at our Santa Maria campus. Anticipated start date May 2021 - June 2022 or earlier per district need
Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the district noncredit and credit CTE curriculum records of instructional programs and course documents;
Maintain and update various curriculum records; identify and enter required information such as TOP codes, CIP codes, major and program codes, SAM codes, and Course Control Numbers (CB codes) assigned to courses by the Chancellor's Office according to established procedures;
Provide listings of noncredit and credit CTE courses and programs needing to be updated to comply with accreditation standards, curriculum offerings, and Title 5 regulations;
Serve as liaison to the Chancellor's Office for reporting of District noncredit curriculum.
Coordinate the flow of information to ensure that all official noncredit course approval documents and Course Outlines of Record are retained in accordance with District standards, and are correctly filed and readily accessible and available for review; and
Communicate with noncredit faculty to ensure curriculum revisions and narratives are made to proposals and properly entered in CurriQunet before AP&P review.
Working on computer applications, such as those used for maintaining a variety of data sources
Knowledge of office equipment, including computer applications used for work processing, spreadsheet applications, and email
A bachelor's degree and two years of increasingly responsible instructional office experience or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
