This position serves as a trusted advisor responsible for helping to drive change throughout the organization for the Unconscious Bias Initiative Reporting to the Diversity Program Manager for Organizational Training on Unconscious Bias with dotted reporting line to the Executive Vice President of Equity & Inclusion. This position is led by the Diversity Program Manager of Organizational Training for Unconscious Bias on a day-to-day basis and will be given set assigned goals for number of individuals to train per quarter/year.
