Conduct workshops and educational activities to address the academic and out-of-classroom needs of low-income first-generation Scholars and young adults. Coordinate/notify ETS Scholars on available student opportunities and financial assistance. Develop individual student success plans. Assist in planning and supervising after-school Club and tutoring sessions. Facilitating and/or supervising college testing preparation sessions. Work with ETS staff in planning and carrying out summer programming for all ETS Scholars per the Talent Search grant.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in education or related field plus two (2) years of direct educational interaction and programming with low-income, first-generation middle and high school students, and young adults including students of color.
Must have a valid driver's license and meet University driver eligibility requirements.
Experience similar to the student population with which this position will work.
