The Gaublomme lab in the Department of Biological Sciences seeks a Staff Associate I who will be responsible for developing computational and image processing pipelines for the data produced by the wet lab bench-work from other members of the lab.
Duties will be as follows: -Designing, implementing and executing computational and image processing pipelines in R and Python – 50% -Processing imaging and sequencing data from various research projects in the lab -20% -Writing up findings of analysis, generating figures, and contributing to grant applications and publications – 20% -Maintaining and monitoring the lab's cloud computing environment – 10%
