Responsibilities (Must total 100%) 50% chronic GVHD, pulmonary function studies; immune assays, as needed tissue organoid culture 30% mouse bone marrow transplantation acute GVHD studies: This includes administering proteins antibodies, cells or pharmacological agents if needed; immune assays; acquisition, freezing, cutting, staining of tissues; optimize assays or stating of tissues as needed 10% data analysis/reports/assistance with manuscripts 5% review/track census of breeding mice that have been assigned 5% lab maintenance
Required Qualifications: Successful applicants will have an Ph.D. and/or M.D. and a demonstrated track record of productive research. Expertise in murine immunology or a related field are required. Candidates must have excellent communication and organizational skills, creative approaches to experimental design and be able to work collaboratively.
