The Coordinator II, Web Content and Design develops and coordinates an LSC campus website, acting as primary liaison between customers, Designers and Developers. Defines approach and model to collect and document college information. Provides training and support to end users. Advises and leads customers to solutions while meeting system and process requirements. Works with project teams to facilitate design of components of Content Management System.
Acts as liaison between content owners, customers, end users, designers and developers to ensure all protocols are followed and customer’s needs are met
Consults with customers to identify needs and advise on acceptable solutions
Works with designers/developers to create web solutions to customer needs
Serves as System administrator (Content Management System), including editor authorizations and security
Utilizes online marketing strategies including blogs, message boards, social media tools (Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, etc.) to increase Web traffic and student engagement
Creates online marketing initiatives including the design and development of online newsletters and other communication tools
Serves as a project manager and provides training as needed
Responsible for other reasonable related duties as assigned
Hiring salary range is $43,070 to $49,530.
Associate degree and at least 3 year of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
