The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will be responsible for financial modeling, financial reporting, budget/forecasting, financial analysis, data analysis and problem solving. Performs extensive data reconciliation, consolidation, and analysis for large quantities of financial data to create a coherent and easy-to-understand financial summary.Â Â Maintains responsibility for the fiscal integrity of financial reporting and accounting operations and plan/administer budget. In addition, will be partnering with management and developing recommendations to drive financial performance and assist senior leadership to meet strategic goals and objectives for future business growth. The financial manager will be expected to motivate and empower the accounting team in order to help achieve the financial goals and objectives of the department. The position requires an excellent team player, self-driven, results-oriented individual with a clear focus on quality who will help the department achieve positive net margin.
