A Bachelors degree in related field can substitute for 2 years of general experience.
2 of the required 5 years must include experience in diversity recruitment activities, including developing diversity recruitment strategies, sourcing diverse applicants, and providing consulting and coaching to hiring managers and/or recruiters regarding diversity recruitment strategies.
Demonstrated knowledge of the lived experience of Black, Indigenous, or Latinx people and/or individuals from other underrepresented groups.
Demonstrated knowledge of trends, systems and techniques that contribute to successful talent acquisition processes, such as proactive sourcing, behavioral based interviewing, equitable selection methods.
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms, crafting Boolean search strings).
Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment related technologies (e.g. Linked In).
Demonstrated skills in utilizing technology to facilitate virtual meetings and trainings.
Knowledge of state and federal employment laws, rules and regulations.
Demonstrated ability to consult, coach, and work collaboratively with individuals and groups including physicians, managers, recruitment teams, and other internal and external customers.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to a broad spectrum of audiences using a variety of media.
