The Instructional Designer actively collaborates and engages with faculty to design and build engaging online courses and instructional assessments and activities. The Instructional Designer also provides guidance and support to faculty through each stage of course development. This role works directly with Syracuse University faculty so the Instructional Designer must have superior written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a proven understanding of adult learning methodologies, LMS administration, rapid eLearning authoring tools, course design, development and support, and the ability to thrive within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
