Madisonville Community College is centrally located along the I-69 corridor in beautiful rural Western Kentucky, with easy access to Evansville, Indiana; Owensboro; Hopkinsville; and Nashville, Tennessee. We are seeking a full-time instructor position within the Air Conditioning Technology program.
The successful candidate will assume a leadership role in the development and delivery of online program-related courses and in-person laboratory experiences for traditional, non-traditional, and high school dual-credit students in day, evening, and accelerated models. Minimum qualifications are a Master HVAC license with three to five years of HVAC experience to include but not limited to refrigeration fundamentals, HVAC electrical technology, heat load and duct design, heating and humidification, cooling and dehumidification, heat pumps, and commercial load calculations.

Preferred qualifications include an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in a related field. Candidates without an AAS but appropriate certifications/experience must be willing to complete an AAS degree within 5 years of employment start date.
