Description The Office of Information Technology at the University of Tennessee at Martin is accepting applications for a Programmer Analyst. This position independently analyzes and solves complex technical problems, develops and executes test plans, assists with and documents business process improvement efforts, and supports processes that provide solutions to problems identified by university stakeholders and partners. Designs, implements, tests, supports, maintains and leads medium to large scope projects under the direction of senior staff. Works with vendors/campus project partners to help define needs and integrate products that align with University strategic goals.
