The Director of Graduate Career Education will work with the Director of Graduate Career Services to develop and deliver innovative and effective graduate level career education and become a collaborative partner in career management for multiple assigned student populations including the Master of International Business program. The Director's primary duties include but are not limited to: providing 1:1 coaching and support to graduate students; creating and delivering effective programming and services to assigned populations of students; strategizing with the students and colleagues to provide key guidance on all areas of career management; facilitate job placement for assigned students; maintain accurate, organized records of student job search activities and outcomes and communicate that information to supervisors.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Master's degree in Student Services or related field and 4 years related experience in student services program area.
