The Architectural Services office within the Dornsife College of Letters, Arts, and Science is seeking a Space Planning Coordinator to join its team.Â Reporting to the Program Director, the candidate would be working on special projects that assist with the current management and long term planning of the Dornsife space portfolio.Â
Job responsibilities would include:
Provide high quality and effective project management, analytic support, and technical expertise on multi-faceted projects;
Serve as the projectâs resource and liaison to university faculty and staff;
Assist in collecting and managing the collegeâs real estate data, including space portfolio metrics, asset management, and business continuity requirements; and
Prepare formal reports and analysis on current projects, including space and equipment inventory, occupancy, and vacancy.
Projects assigned can be broad in scope and may span across multiple service areas. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects at varying scales and timelines, is detail oriented, and has exceptional organizational and communication skills.Â The candidate should be pro-active, willing to get involved, and provide support as needed.Â Experience with real estate/facilities management software a plus.
This is a one year fixed term position.
