Bachelor's degree with 5 – 7 years relevant general management experience is required.
The ideal candidate will have a proven record of accomplishment within a complex environment, with excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as evidence of excellence in a mission-driven, environmentally-focused setting and of accomplishment within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
They will have a proven ability to create networks and connection among key constituent groups. They will be a self-starter and have a passion for and experience in the field of business & environment, with recent experience on the topic of climate change.
The candidate should have proven ability as an operational manager who can build on existing strengths and develop new strategies through an action-oriented, entrepreneurial, flexible, and innovative approach to operational management. The candidate must be self-motivated and creative and have the ability to work independently while establishing strong, collaborative team relationships.
They should be an analytic and decisive decision maker with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-service orientation. Advanced degree preferred.
