Help change the direction of MBA applicants’ lives by joining a collaborative team in NYU Stern’s MBA Admissions Office. The Associate Director will manage the admissions and recruitment efforts with a focus on the marketing for specialized populations within all Full-time MBA programs including oversight of websites, enhanced email marketing capacity, CRM and associated analytics. The Associate Director will assume the lead position on managing a segment of these programs including setting admissions targets/goals, developing a plan to reach those goals, managing the process to ensure goals are achieved. The Associate Director will also manage core MBA Admissions functions including reviewing applications, interviewing applicants, conducting information sessions, participating in recruiting events and participating in discussions regarding enrollment management.
Bachelor’s degree (MBA or master’s degree preferred) or equivalent
5 years' relevant experience in either recruitment, human resources, admissions or marketing or related field. Experience in with digital marketing, CRM and analytics within industry
Excellent organizational and planning, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential with deep appreciation for the impact of higher education
