Under supervision of the User Support Manager, provide computer related technical services support for IT users in the College of Arts and Sciences to include the installations and set-up of PC/Mac computers; diagnosis and resolution of problems relating to hardware and software; connection of computers to the campus network and servers; assisting users with the use of technology.
