This Per Diem Adolescent Medicine Clinical Social Worker will be responsible for:
Working with a team of mental health clinicians within an outpatient primary care clinic where patients are being seen both virtually and in-person.
Psychosocial assessment, eating disorder evaluations, ongoing psychotherapy, and crisis intervention.
Facilitation of use of hospital and community services, resource information and coordination.
Program development and psychosocial consultation within an interdisciplinary health care team.
To qualify, you must have:
Master's degree in Social Work. LICSW licensure in the state of MA
Flexibility and the ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment
The ability to see patients both in-person, and virtually from home
The ability to work one evening shift on-site per week providing on-call coverage is preferred
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Experience with developmental disability, special education and issues around loss preferred
