ACADEMIC PROGRAMS MANAGER , Architecture , to oversee and manage the educational office. This will include working directly with the staff to lead and manage all Course IV student-services areas, including recruitment, admissions, registration, academic auditing, and graduation for three Ph.D. programs and all undergraduate majors and master's degree programs. Will supervise a wide range of departmental academic activities, advise students, track academic progress, and serve on Institute committees pertaining to education; act as the primary strategist and department authority on the administration of all academic matters; and manage a team of three people.
REQUIRED : a bachelor's degree; at least three years' experience in academic administration; demonstrated ability to work with students, faculty, and staff on academic programs; meticulous attention to detail while maintaining managerial perspective; strong sense of organizational processes; excellent communication, supervisory, interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills; and knowledge of MS Office and experience with FileMaker, Smartsheet, andWebSIS. Must be able to balance multiple tasks simultaneously, enhance and streamline processes, and work effectively under pressure of deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.
