We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to work in our College of Business.
Supporting the College of Business the Administrative Assistant provides support for the Dean, faculty, staff, and students. Coordinating the operations of the College through clerical/secretarial and administrative tasks
Skills and Qualifications:
In this position, your skills and abilities should include:
Previous office working experience of two to three years is preferred.
Good administrative, organizational, communication and basic math skills are expected.
A focus on customer service is very important, as is the commitment to assisting our students and faculty in a personable and professional manner.
Have a thorough working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel and Word.
Some experience with student information systems and data management.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Possess the ability to work autonomously and be able to handle busy times during the academic year.
Possess an attitude that supports our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
