The Sahin Lab in the Department of Drug Discovery and Biomedical Sciences at the University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina invites applications for a Postdoctoral Fellow position to contributed to cancer biology research at the intersection of drug resistance, metastasis, and drug discovery in breast cancer. Under general supervision of the Principal Investigator, this individual will assist in conducting research in cancer biology, drug discovery, drug resistance and metastasis.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Ph.D. degree in a biological-sciences-related field by the start date of employment, evidence of scholarly productivity, and expertise in the following: in vivo cancer models, cell culture, molecular and cell biology techniques, protein biochemistry and microscopy, and preferably expertise in Next-Generation sequencing, bioinformatics and drug discovery.
