Bachelors degree, preferably in Computer Science or related field and eightyears of progressively responsible IT related experience leading to proven proficiency and subject matter expertise in BI, Analytics, Data Warehouse, Data Management or Big Data fields; Or Equivalent alternative educational experience that includes approved coursework, professional certification as appropriate, vendor training, andseven years of documented professional experience leading to proven proficiency and subject matter expertise in BI, Data Warehouse, Data Management or Big Data fields.
Threeyearspaid work experience as a Project Leader or technical Leader managing and implementing Advanced Analytics, Data Warehousing, and Big Data Projects.
Demonstrated experience effectively engaging stakeholders in a matrixed environment in order to deliver successful solutions.
Five years experience working withand understanding Big Data platforms, distributed platforms and related enterprise systems both on-premise and cloud.
Experience managing major systems implementations and complex development projects
Experience successfully delivering solutions using Agile/Scrum

Knowledge of development lifecycle and production environment procedures.
Knowledge of the well-documented patterns and practices of Scrum (i.e. ceremonies, burndown techniques, various retrospective formats, etc.).
