Major Duties: General Summary:Coordinates, implements and evaluates student engagement programs and events at the University, including but not limited to Bronco Bash, Greek Life and registered student organizations.Major Duties:- Coordinates, implements and evaluates campus wide student programs and events. Develops, promotes and directs programs in leadership training, developmental activities and other programs for the student population.- Provides advice and guidance to students in assigned areas. Implements training and developmental activities. Oversees and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations.- Researches trends and best practices for student programs and events. Assesses activities, events and programs. Recommends changes and improvements.- Assists in the planning and implementation of policies and procedures, including judicial conduct policies and procedures for all student organizations.- Manages the budget for various organizations and selected departments. Coordinates and previews contracts for speakers and programs.- Supervises student employees. Resolves personnel problems and operational issues.
Minimum Qualifications: - Master's degree in related field from an accredited institution.- Three years' relevant experience.- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.- Strong organizational skills.
