The executive assistant position in the School of Social Sciences provides advanced, diversified administrative support of a substantial and confidential nature. S/he provides executive support to the dean, including managing the dean's calendar, organizing meetings and travel arrangements, assisting with expense reports, gathering data for reports and assisting with projects. S/he also assists with development and general dean's office administrative duties and events. This position serves as the front-line contact for the School of Social Sciences dean's office.
The ideal candidate has similar experience working in a university setting.
