Des Moines University seeks an Administrative Assistant in Global Health. This position will provide administrative and programming support to the Department of Global Health and will serve as backup support to the Senior Administrative Assistant in the Office of the Provost. Responsibilities include providing specialized administrative support for international education across three colleges and various departments involving multiple disciplines and projects. This includes administrative support to the Director of Global Health and general coordination and support for global health activities. The position will coordinate international travel and learning, monitor budgets, order supplies; serve as receptionist, as well as acting as the primary liaison with other administrative offices.
Three years of successful administrative support experience required.
