The Roth laboratory is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced postdoctoral research associate in the area of GPCR. This position will work on the illuminate the dark druggable GPCRome Project. This project will de-dark orphan GPCRs via elucidating their pharmacology, distribution and physiology functions using chemical probe molecules and CRISPR engineered oGPCR mice. This position requires a working knowledge of GPCR pharmacology and tissue histology. The knowledge of transgenic mice and the experience of characterization of mouse lines are highly desired.
